Management And Staff Profile

Our staff are well trained in Insurance matters, customer friendly and can adequately provide timely service to meet your needs in this competitive industry.


The CEO/Director is the Principal Officer in the firm. He co-ordinates the firm's business and sits in Management Board. The other staff are under his guidance and the General Manager is answerable to him.

Qualifications: He is a commerce and MBA graduate. He has an ACII qualification. His experience spans over twenty years in the Banking and Insurance industries where he rose to senior level of management. He is also a Director in a number of Public Insitutions.Since the industry is so competitive; his input comes at a better time to the firm.


The current Operations Manager has been with the firm for the last thirteen (13) years working on different levels of management. He is responsible for and ensures that the business operations run smoothly without any hitch. All the required resources in the firm are within his capacity to source and ensure adequate supply.

Qualifications: He is also a graduate of commerce and has certificate training in insurance from the college of insurance. For the last five years, he has been handling the Claims and underwriting business of some of our recent corporate clients. He overlooks the overall operations of the company.


Our accountant is a consummate and diligent staff. Her experience in the accounting profession spans over six years. She has previously worked for the Monarch Group of companies and the EPZs in the same field. She handles all the brokerage accounting work.

Qualifications: She has a CPA (K) Qualification.


Our Senior Broking and Corporate Executive officer is our able staff who ensures normal running of the business. He co-ordinates the Nairobi and Kericho branches. He has been handling marketing and underwriting for the last eleven (11) years. In his capacity as our senior broker and corporate executive is in direct contact with the insurers as well corporate and offers personalized service to our esteemed clients.

Qualifications: He is a graduate of Commerce and is a holder of masters degree in Business Administration. He has been a Teacher before venturing into Insurance.


Our broking Executive is a highly motivated and enthusiastic insurance officer with vast experience in Insurance field. He has been (1) A Claims Supervisor and Renewals Sections Head in Kenya National Assurance Company. (2) Marketing Executive at Real World Insurance Brokers. He has now transferred the wealth of experience to Soin Insurance Brokers, where we have confidence he will enhance our claims processing and handling of broking to greater heights to the satisfaction of our clients.


Our Kericho branch boasts of our highly experienced staff. He is in charge of all branch operations. He reviously worked with Barclays Bank as a Senior Supervisor, at former Chartis Insurance (AIG Kenya) as Sales Executive and as an Insurance investigator at Koka Investigation Services.


Our underwriting clerk is a serious person who takes business with full knowledge and delivers beyond expectations.He supports in the underwriting and renewals department and does reconciliations. He is the main contact person in terms of urgent deliveries in insurance certificates and premium collections.


The face of the front office is our customer relations person and secretary. She handles our customers at the reception and coordinates any communication between the Staff, Clients and the Insurers.


Our business support provides support in all spheres of office logistics. An agile and effective operative. She attends the assigned duty swiftly and does her work diligently.


The Board of Directors of Soin Insurance Brokers is made up of experienced and competent business entrepreneurs who are fully versed and adhere to the principles of good corporate governance.


The firm is adequately capitalized as required by the Insurance Act. Currently the capital base is Kshs.3,000,000.00 (Three million). The Company has expanded its business from a premium turnover of Kshs. Three million at inception to the present turnover of KShs. 50,000,000.00 (Fifty million). Our Auditors are Kiptum Kibiego & Associates.
